Howdy, partner! This package is ideal for those who know exactly what they want, but don’t have the time required to pull it all together themselves. We partner with you to handle some of the behind the scenes work while you focus on the more exciting part of the planning...the fun stuff!
Starting at $5200. Like the “GUIDING LIGHT” package, cost includes full-day room rental along with our professional guidance to finalize your timeline, checklist, room layout and seating chart. If needed, we will also be happy to make vendor introductions. Additionally, this package includes our planning partnership with up to three areas of your event (e.g., décor, flowers, music). As your “planning partner”, we will be behind-the-scenes pulling whatever strings you need us to. The final partnership contract will define our agreed upon services and scope.
And, of course, on the day of your event, we will be your partner onsite to deliver an experience above.
Pricing includes full-day rental, along with access windows the day before and after, plus tables, chairs, prep kitchen, clean up and onsite day of coordinator. The final cost is subject to the room (s) selected, your guest count, and agreed upon services and scope.
